Dulth

Dulth a city between the ice and the sea. Once a simple port for fishermen, it has grown to become a trading hub. The only place in all of the empire that deals in goods from both the beast clan alliance and the Theithian Armada. Though don't think everything is easy street here as old tensions still boil over the surface.
It is very likely the next war will start in this port city. The question is will be a war of money or blood. - The Storyteller

Dulth is settlement established at the western edge of the frozen lands and was established as a major port to supply the city of Salire with goods found in the sea. It would grow over time and begin to support the city of Salire and even the empire in fish. With the end of the war agreements with the Thiethian Armada and the Drinchas Irched has bolstered the settlement to become the first sea based city in the empire. Being the only place in the empire where you have chance to run into the Thiethian Race or the Fenrians.
This has also grown the wealth of some of the nobles who have invested into the cities development. Doing all they can two grow the new city in order to bolstered their influence in the city of Salire.

Demographics

The city is made up primarily of humans who helped start the city up in order to supply the city of Salire with fish. With the end of the war, members of the Thiethian Armada established  a trade deal that allow some of its fishermen and traders to come in to the port regularly. At the same time fenrians from the Drinchas Irched have taken up shop as another group of merchants and fishermen.
This has turned the city into the place to get fish from around the world along with goods from even beyond the sea.
