Prompt 23: The Prison of Ice

The Prison of Ice is a special prison where criminal of Salire are sent to serve their time. Here many will end up serving their time out or dying while they work in the mines attached to the prison. Some even believe many of the prisoners are sent into the under waste in hopes of getting at the resources held deep under ground.
Those luckily enough to survive long enough to be set free never return the same. Most are messed up beyond belief both physically and mentally. Though most will end up vanishing after a few years for some unknown reason.

Purpose / Function

The purpose of the prison is to serve as punishment to criminals and leeches on society.
Rumored Purpose:
Some people believe they are either experimenting on the criminals or exposing them to the dangers of the under waste.

Alterations

It was a simple Prison in the paste but their have been many modications to keep people from escaping. It is also belived some of thes alterations was design to keep the creatures of the under waste from getting out.
