The Myth of the Fallen One

The Myth of the Fallen One is a tale of pain and heartbreak. A tale of how a young andelic woman who sought to protect the man she loved only to be to late to save him. Thus losing control of a dark power that would lead to the destruction of the Volzian and Andelic Races.

Summary

The tale begins with the forbidden love of an andelic priestess with a knight. Each held an important duty that defined them and formed their very purpose in life. The Knight was tasked with protecting his people and the sacred temple. While the preistess was tasked with protecting the heart of the fallen from those who would dare use it.
In the end both would fail in their duty as the knight would be tasked to go to battle with an army of volzian lead by the red armored warrior known as the red death. He would meet the man on the battlefield and would do all he can to end his red armored foe. Though in the end he was no match for the skill and power of the red death.
The priestess on the other hand would do the forbidden and steal the very artifact she protected and bring it to the battlefield in hope of stopping the battle and saving the man she loved from an early death. When she made it to the battlefield she was met with despair as she saw her lover dead.
She would lose control of her emotion and the artifact would take root. Filling the hole in the broken heart and turning her into the fallen one. In one might yell of anguish all who walked the battlefield fell lifeless upon the floor. When other andelics shows up they feared what they saw before them as it was like the second coming of the lady of the fallen.
With no choice they choose to imprison her only for her to curse them and the volzian to never find peace on the otherside. This would lead to a great corruption as she used her connection with the gateway of the fallen to seal it and prevent any soul from passing on to the otherside. She would also unleash a curse that would devour the souls of the two races and twist them into corrupted creatures that served her purpose.
