Jobal is the merchant prince of Guides.
He is known to covet maps and would do anything to get them.
He has a right hand man, Aazon Talieri, who goes by the name of "The Master of Whispers".
Aazon has a network of contacts on the look out for maps and unlicensed guides. One such informant is Habiru who the party met during the festival of feathers.
