Mehket

Ammon Menkaure Djefatnebti

Overview

Mehket entered the histories of the world as a young man who had found his life and living on the Streets of Heliopolis. Those who would have the chance to lay eyes upon his unmasked and cloth covered skin you would find a face that you would find very enchanting. he has a dark milky completion soft by the standards of the street, full silky hair that is shoulder length and almond eyes that shine with the sparkle of diamonds or mischief. As he melds with the shadows and moves like a ghost along the streets any that might have observed his passing knew well to ignore his presence. He was a master of the shadows and the night but he served masters who's ire would not do well to garner.

Egypt during Ammon's were broken up into regions called Nomes, these regional provinces were governed by a member of the royal family Who were commonly called Alnubla'. These Alnubla' ruled over their Nomes, the hierarchy of Egypt was very clear. The Pharoh, the Vizsir, the Alnubla' Warrior class, scribes, craftsmen and finally farmers and slaves. These were the known classes of the world. In the dark corners where the light of Ra dared not shine, this was the world of Osiris and the hidden lords of the streets, the shadows and the underworld itself. Streets were often carved up by households or manzili, at the head of each manzili was a Syd Alkubraa. Each household had its own culture and methods. Their leadership ran their crews in their own way. The Asiad Almiah ran the docks, they were tapped directly into the shipping trades and sea men. they knew the Pirates, merchants and military captains and each were forced to respect their absolute control. The merchant Quarter was owned by the Tujjar Alzili, they protected the streets and ensured that all trade was smooth and that they got their cut of course. They were enforcer and thugs, commonly running gambling dens and brothels as well as pressing local merchants for "security fees". they looked down on street thieves though could do little to stop it completely, it was bad for business. The Jardhan Alshawariem were the vagabonds and street thieves no one had a clue where their claim in the city was just that their eyes were everywhere and oh so how easily they pilfered your pockets with out any notice. This was the world that Ammon was born to, this was the world that he learned to master. As a child he Spent many days below the city, though surrounded by deserts the city itself was created on a hard bedrock, long had the city delved deep, originally a mining colony. Mines turned sewers and undercity the Jardhan Alshawariem worked their magic in this dark place and had access all over the city of Heliopolis.

Ammon's early years were a formative education of street etiquette and savage "justice". he started to become quite jaded and callous, and it was at that moment when ammon was at his lowest in his mortal life that he stole an item from someone that to this day he does not know if he was setup, or if he just picked the wrong target. Regardless, he tried
