Actors

Actors are indistinguishable from normal Ciphrus inhabitants, however they all strangely have the ability to blink in and out of existence without any sound or warning. From stories, it's supposed that they are from an alternate world, sent by unknown deities. No actual and distinguishable evidence has been presented to explain their incredible ability to do so.
