The Stagerd Concordia
The Stagerd Concordia is a settlement founded from the ruins of the United Tamper Republic, which was dedicated to the re-institution of Tamper City.
Demographics
The Concord consists of a stew pot of various races, Normatites among them. There is constant tension between the races, however egalitarian practices are heavily enforced, prompting some to leave.
Government
The Concord is run by a democratic committee of leaders elected by the people, except for the Defense Commissioner, who is appointed by Executio's higher ups. A governor is elected every four years, and they hold executive power among two other branches of government: legislative and judicial.
Industry & Trade
The Concord's biggest trade export is manufactured goods. Typically, that includes firearms or vehicle parts, but can include anything from refined metals to clothing.
Infrastructure
The Concord is a major industrial powerhouse. Several factories around the city have been reactivated and repurposed towards war efforts, as well as a large solar farm west of the urban areas that the U.T.R. reconstructed, giving the whole city power.

The Concord is owned by Executio.
History
After the United Tamper Republic collapsed into civil disarray, the Executio intervened by suppressing either sides of the conflict by sheer military force. It was then, that the victors ended ultimately with Executio taking over the entire city in the winter of 12563.
Alongside the Cooling Crisis of that very same winter, they helped form secure routes to develop the city into the incredible power house it's become today.
