The Ysoki scientists claim that the discovery of Arcane Fuel was a pure accident. An unfortunate accident that simply turned out to have more useful applications than it was originally expected. Soon the Ysoki began utilising both technomancers and mystics alike to extract their magic and re-purpose it as fuel. At first, moral outrage spread throughout the formation that made up the colonies. There were demands that the Ysoki stop, threats of war and other strange efforts to uphold morality. However, it was difficult to deny that this method rendered impressive results.
