Bellacre

Bellacre is a very large city in the Kishine province of Cornum. They have a large Gruntoran presence in this city, beyond the Jaskin population, and are a harbor city. Bellacre has surprisingly little going on for it right now, it's just a trade stop and harbor on the ocean coast in Western Cornum. What brings people here beyond naval trade?
