Bird of a Thousand Eyes
walking force of fate- appraised as 'godly' in the areas its known in but it is not one (or its it?)
Feathers are olive green on the main body, with brows, blacks but they have that iridescent shimmery blue/green in sunlight. Eyes are both purple/black or milky white and appearing blind. Its song is melancholic.
When this creature's wings are closed and it walks the earth, its tail feathers drag on the ground. This dragging may leave behind a feather. If it were a drop rate- it woudl be low.
If picked up, a person can see the future with it. They can see for x minutes, x being the amount of years the bird wore the feather. For the feather to be worth anything, it had to have been wearing it for a long time.
Upon picking it up, the feather's eye will open and the feather can be then used until it closes. It is an immediate use case scenario.
If a bird of a thousand eyes sees its own death, its feathers will molt and turn black, dropping in excession. These feathers must not be touched-any whom so much as picks one up will suffer a swift, uncanny death. As such these feathers are collected only with magic and used for various..... other evil purposes.
