Cartanet

Cartanet is a large city in the Kishine province of Cornum. They have a large Gruntoran population with 14,000 people. Their population doesn't reside on the bay coastline, but instead is built directly next to a river. They use its resources to their advantage and becuase it is a well located city, they have a growing population adn can sustain it. The city has a castle and walls, but also unfortunately a shantytown, and the unfortunate thing here is that the Gruntoran community, while they are the majority of the population, they also inhabit the shantytown fully, and that is sad...
