Dugam Sepiwagh

This plump, blue-skinned Orc is another NPC of Sashir. He boasts bushy black hair and a thin, coarse beard. He works as a tanner int he artisan district and wears clean linen ponchos and a pair of high waisted trousers. He has an uncle, whom also unfortunately lives with him, and is a drunk who doesn't work. So he doesnt' live in the artisan district, but instead the poorer district over, Falthsterk. he's enamored with any way to make monehy, and is thusly in the same boat as Thyllis at the very bottom of the Day Walkers. He however, does their bidding through his work, instead of slaving.
