Fayhost
Fayhost is a large, flower-themed resort town in the bay area of Sikliht Territory in southern
Murake. Most of its trade is naval and its permanent population human. There are several places for tourists to stop here, and many do. The city is ruled by an iron-willed business-woman named Giselle Law, who is quite well known with the Company, for running the city well.
Fayhost has erected walls sometime in the distant past made of petrified tropical woods and stone. They are tall and a point of pride for the craftspeople of the area that maintain them.

She demands respect from her populace, and gets it, in turn she helps those she watches over. The people living here are mostly happy and harmonious. Much of the business life here is tourism, and as such, many varieties of people can be seen here at any time.Giselle is a Grunthora woman in the most distant form. She carries more of a stag/doe body. She is thin and has smooth chestnut fur with white spots at her shoulders and hips, and down the middle of her back. She wears a light grey tunic with Fayhost's city symbol emblazoned on its front-a large white lotus flower motif. Her hair is golden red and straight, cut shorter in the back, longer in the front. Stops just before her shoulders. A strand usually falls in front of her face. Her eyes are hazel, and are slightly larger than a typical person's.
Her personal and business life she tries to keep separate, but lately has been finding that difficult, thanks to a new love interest. She organizes so-called social gatherings often, but most of the time it is to keep up appearances and make connections among her city, these mean very little to her, unlike the other attendees.
She was born into a wealthy family. She once read a children's book about a hero fighting for good, and it inspired her to do the same. She fights for her people's rights and freedoms and to protect them from those that would take it.
At the current moment, she's worried about the number of bandits that keep attempting to break into the city. They keep harming their walls and the maintainers are getting upset having to fix them all the time. This, and of course trying to make a move on her love interest, Joan.

Isabella is envious of other's things. She envies the beautiful, the rich, the plentiful. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything she desires. Her 'little flowers' as she calls them, are her employees. Has a collection of lovers and will hit on anyone she deems attractive enough, regardless of situation. (For example, once Joan had her in an interrogation room for questioning, and all she could do was ask when the woman was available, because she'd like nothing more than to make 'kitty purr'. Definitely a sexual creature.
Isabella was born in the northern country of Estrary, and as a youngling she loved to make pretty things. The building itself is large, three stories tall, wide and the entire length of a city block. Construction is wood and brick, and has nice plaster motifs and columns upholding a wooden front porch. A lotus sign hangs out front, enchanted with the scent of the flower and to let off an eternal pink light and fairy dust. Music thumps through the walls and you cannot see inside from the street. - Dauphne, ChangelingShow spoilerThis changeling woman is the star entertainer of the Lotus, has the largest crowds, and commands the highest prices. She's lowkey famous throughout Fayhost, and many talk about her in the majority of Murake as well. Her favorite skin, and one the patrons seem to love as well, is that of a tall, pale-skinned elf, with thick, long white hair and similar eyelashes. Her ears were instead that of a doe, with small antlers bursting from her temples. Her cheeks had the lightest dusting of freckles, as well as her shoulders, and a few other places for the high-paying patron. She wears a translucent pearl dress that shimmers in the light, hinting at everything a person might buy if they paid the right price. Her eyes are brilliant blue-green, sultry and intelligent. Incredibly good at singing, and can keep her audience captive with that alone. She's 51 years old, but age rarely means much to a Changeling that can take whatever body they desire. A pair of bouncers usually accompany her wherever she goes, except for private client rooms. She is very popular with clients that wish her to take on a different form, as her skills in shifting are so minute and precise, that many clients can't tell the difference between her and the original, minus her eyes, of course.
Dauphne's true form is translucent, like many Changelings, and her blood and veins pump brilliant neon green. Her hair is cut in a short bob in that form, growing a natural lily-pad green.Show spoilerDM only info
Dauphne was there the night Fodel and Aislyn met again in Fayhost. Fodel was feeling like escaping so he saw a show of Dauphne's a paid for an exclusive time with her after one of her performances. He had her shift into Aislyn's form, they fucked, and he confessed to her during this interaction. This led Dauphne to be a bit jealous of this other monster girl, but also pity the god for his obvious affections. She kept the small portrait of the woman he gave her for reference, and he left her soon after they were finished. If you ask her about these things she will be a wealth of information- and she will let you see the portrait of Aislyn. Did Fodel visit again and leave her instructions? He may have visited her in a dream, 'if someone questions you about me, about Aislyn... give them this--' You may be able to convince her to part with it or steal it too. The portrait has another note stuck into the back, an addition added recently, as it definitely wasn't there the night she kept it. - Cecily Roscoe, Female Human Show spoilercurvy dark skinned woman. A night with this man will not be easily forgotten.
Two Llamas typically prefers just to be called Wind while he is working, to at least keep part of his special abilities secret from the public, it makes it more entertaining this way for him. He used to having a large amount of sex appeal, after all, why wouldn't he? He lacks a concept of privacy, especially about sex, and will share a lot of information easily. He is a little underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding. These qualities are what made Isabella want him in the first place... well that and she slept with him and told him he wasn't allowed to leave. They both get what they want and so does the audience; it all works out.
He is the product of a well-kept family trust fund, and as such has never really known need. Would like to marry and retire, but has too much fun fucking to settle with one person. Speaks in the third person. - Alina Stanfford, Female HumanShow spoilerA tall slender woman with dark hair coiffed into a slick updo. She wears glasses and carries a clipboard that she's constantly making notes on and referencing. She is an important staff member, as she manages all the shows and monetary needs of the Lotus. If anyone were called the manager, it would be this woman. She was born into a family of healers, but her mother died in childbirth, and her father struggled to pay the bills, so she became a mercenary. Or was, until she was given an opportunity to kill someone at the Lotus and gave everything up for Isabella and her operation. Has a rather strict way about her, but likes sweets, and can be persuaded with them.
- Hunter Sherwood, Male ChangelingShow spoilerOne of Isabella's shifters, this man typically waxes poetry on one of her smaller staged rooms. His current form is moderate in height with chestnut hair cut in a short style that he keeps curled. His skin is always a bit pale, regardless of what form he takes. His eyes are violet in every form. A bit of an eccentric, can be seen wearing any variety of odd clothes. Loves his small glasses filled with orange glass. Has a short moustache and wears a vest with no shirt underneath most of the time. Greedy, a bit of an addict, can be a little unstable when he's drunk or high. Mother was in a military unit and hid her pregnancy. She died while he was still young. Has always wanted to use his abilities for helping people, but fell into a pit of addiction, and now his debts to Isabella are high, but so is his fan base so she can't get rid of him.

Will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in hopes of finding new and interesting reagents. This man was born into a well-off family used to setting on their wealth and throwing it around to get their way. None of his other family members went into a trade, outside his late mother, or does anything worthy of skill, primarily bullshitting with other businesspeople, and talking down on him. The desire to be recognized as himself and his accomplishments led him into alchemist work with a master there in Fayhost. The work suited him fine, and with each successful project, he earned a little more gold and respect from others in the trade. The temple of Fayhost is coincidentally in the middle of Cottonbridge, in a neighborhood frequented by adventurers. The street outside is paved with worn brick, set in a repeating pattern of threes. The building is rather large and grand, made of brick and wood that's been painted white. Tall decorative columns hold up the porch, and are offset by three statues of the divines, Ta standing tall in the center. Large flowering planters surround the porch's gutters, with long purple blooms winding down each column. Inside the sanctuary is large filled with pews, banners, an oversized altar, and other religious artifacts. Several offshooting hallways have lower ceilings, multiple floors and rooms throughout.
There are community outreach projects helped and furthered by the temple, including housing for the poor and devout, food for the hungry from a soup kitchen in the basement, as well as schooling for anyone who wants or needs it.
