Fluvio (Flew-VEE-oh)

Water Dragon Their bodies are almost enitrely made of water. They have several sets of legs, avian in nature. Their faces can be whatever face they choose to put, though most often they are human, or a face they have stolen as an object of affection (i.e. a young white deer, a pretty woman, etc.)
