Frokaran

Frokaran is a small town in the Rolaf Earldom. Their population is 1,500 people. They have a small marketplace here, and have the luxury of warm enough natural water flowing in the region to have warm public baths. It is quite a luxury, and accounts for the entire reason anyone stays here at all.
