Grackle Bee

Grackle Bees are an interesting species you won't find anywhere but Western Cornum. These bees are mostly black in appearance, with an iridescent sheen in certain lights. They react to music, which is probably why they thrive in Cornum of all places. Grackle Bees tend to gravitate to brightly colored wildflowers, and can withstand cold. The honey they create appears atypical to the golden color most are used to, and instead can be a myriad of color, especially if the bees have access to a larger variety of flowers to work with.
The honey created by Grackle Bees is called Ice Honey; a translucent and light-catching variant on the normal condiment.
Grackle Bees sting much like other bees, but the sting is instead an odd chilling effect, and if you are stung hard enough or more than once, can have a detrimental effect on the skin and muscle of a person. These insects will swarm if attacked, and their buzzing will be a thrumming rhythm if they do so. The best warning out there to run, no?
