Hatha may look to be one of the smallest countries on the continent, and by landmass they are, with only a pair of cities and one of the smallest populations of all people, they seem to be weak. However, off the coast, down to the ocean floor, their entire people have flourished right under the noses of the rest of the world. These cities go undocumented but the intelligent of the world know that the Oyatare are a force to be reckoned with. Real capital is Sarneth, deep in the ocean.
