Kotaloja

Kotoloja is another naval based town in the coastal regions of Malkai. This town exists in the Tsutsu Alukap and has a population of 1,459 people. Kotaloja has a small harbor, a marketplace, castle, temples to various gods and a national/naval courier service. Fairly popular leaving spot for young Fukibi, and a reliable source of letters from those whom have traveled.
