Stavanar

Stavanar is a small town, of only about 1,511 people. They generally stay to themselves, and keep off the coast of the country for a reason. the peoples here appreciate the low altitude, however, and go for flights over the ocean breeze often. Perhaps think about that when fleshing out what they do there? What can we do with people who use the wind? An herbal field exists nearby, I wonder if it is a sky plant, that only flyers can cultivate? Could think about this more.
