Uptown Abner

Uptown Abner is the wealthier half of the two main commercial districts. These two sit closest to the industrial / shipping zone, and Uptown Abner is closest to the city center, alowing for more cash flow to the area. This is the district most known for fashion, entertainment, and high class restaurants or other experiences.
