Queen of Crows

At the north end of West Ridge sits a large and slightly run-down manor house surrounded by a high stone fence. Both the fence and the upper balconies of the manor are always occupied by a large number of crows who will caw and screech if anyone gets too close. Anyone who attempts to breach the iron gate without a proper invite will find themselves swarmed by the birds. The manor is the arcanum of a mysterious and reclusive sorceress known as the Queen of Crows. In addition to controlling the birds, the Crow Queen is rumored to lead or at least hold significant influence over the Night Talons crime syndicate.
