Akane Tendo
Arc: She gets kidnapped again.
Arc 2: Learn how to resolve conflict in a way besides yelling.

Akane Tendo, heir to the Tendo school of martial arts. Being the youngest daughter of the Tendos', Akane is the only one to study karate and she takes pride in that respect. Her father tells her that his friend Genma has a son and wants one of his daughters, Kasumi and Nabiki respectively, to be his fiancé. They immediately have Akane have that honor as in Nabiki's words "You hate boys". Akane is against it and she and Ranma aren't exactly on the same foot at first. As the story or show goes on the two help each other or winds up in situations beyond their control. She's always there for Ranma and as well as getting in verbal fights with him. Akane also has her fair share of love interests that pine for her though she's either oblivious or ignores some. Though not a skilled fighter like Ranma, Ryoga, Ukyo, Shampoo, or Kuno, she is not one to think you can do what you want with her. As well as her strongest deal, her terrible cooking. She is in love with Ranma and this is finally shown in the manga and never put into the anime due to it following a different format. The OVA's and films do show hints of it clearly. Lore: She will be around Ranma and not surprisingly get kidnapped on occasion. Akane will mostly be hanging out in Shin Tokyo and befriend some of the other characters. She'll get along with Kagome.
