Mikoto Misaka

Arc: Wants Kamijou to notice her. Drop Point: Acadmey city
A character introduced in "A Certain Magical Index" and her spinoff series "A Scientific Railgun". Mikoto is one of the protags of the series and a potential love interest that doesn't go anywhere.
She is part of the "Science side" of the story that winds up in cahoots with Touma at times. Mikoto is one of the few Level 5 espers and ranks at 3. Her nickname is "Railgun" due to her manipulation of electricity and having a patent attack that is like the said name.
She is a tsundere and cares for her friends and eventually Touma, the person she has feelings for. Mikoto goes to an elite all-girls middle school and her reputation is known due to being a level 5 esper. She also has loads of clones running around that not many know the full history of except her and some others.
Lore: She won't be part of Judgement or any of the logistical departments but will still help out given her personality and knack for sticking her nose into things.
