Peacemaker is from DC Comics where he is featured in Suicide Squad. It has been made into films (one bad and one good in that order) and Peacemaker appeared in the latter. His real name is Christopher "Chris" Smith. He is a dumbass vigilante that uses guns for Justice and is somewhat racist (at first) but is well-intentioned. The version we are using is from the films and show, so John Cena's version has garnered praise and attention, especially over the dance he does in the opening of his show "Peacemaker", performed by Wig Wam. There's not much to say to be honest.
