Prologe
Charcaters arrive in CJM universe, and are stuck there.
Characters must figure whats going on.
Kaede's village is beset by demons, and the demon slayers/inuyasha must come back to defend it.
Britannia is in a state of civil war after the king dissapeared. The forces of FMA and RWBY join together to create a tenious peace.
St. Elmos Pier has no problem, it mostly has jokes.
Rolinsberg is in a state of total anarchy, the solution is to get henry rollins to calm them somehow, maybe rock show???
Kokonoe at sector seven doesn't know whats giong on, so she sens out labda and tager to invstigate
Monster running rampenet in tokyo, Vigilanties deal with it???
eventually all conflicts gets resolved (aside form people still not getting home)
Ben and Chris begin traveling together
villians take over mordor/daybreak town
Ben and chris find apartment
J lives with the Emiyas for time until he moves in with Chris and Ben
Mike wanders around until he moves in with Chriss and Ben
Kikyo decides to start living/working at poohs bar.
Story
Sailor Doom appears and Chris and Ben calm her down. She decides to live with them.
Kikyo is abducted by green goblin, chris goes to save her and Kikyo and Chris beat green goblin.
they go back to Poohs bar to slow dance.
scintests try to creat a envornment destroying machine getting ben sick and forcing the CJM crew to put a stop to it, possibly at the risk of them looking bad.
Karos poses a person from Chris's world and chris goes to save them.
Ending
Feelling ashamed for his actions stranding all the people in the CJM universe, Ben goes to fight Karos even though he knows he can't win.
Ben and Karos fight and since they are equal an oposites start a cycle in which they begin to destroy each other completly.
Karos tries to run away from this and Ben refuses to let him go, bent on destroying them both.
The CJM crew reach out to Ben and convice him that their is a better way, one in which he lives, and to let go of Karos and look for that better way with them.
this works and time reset to before the fight with Karos, with everyone having their memoreis intact this time, and the CJM crew goes about devising a starategy to beat Karos and get everyone home.
The time reqind without the memeory erase triggers a chain reaction in which everyone now knows this is the endgame, and everyone with an agenda kicks off their evil plans.
In the chaos the CJM crew manages to defeat Karos somehow, this causes the CJM universe to start reverting to nothing, and starts sending everyone home.
Also all the concepts energy and whatever else Karos had leeched from Ben and His home universe turns into an egg capable of making another universe, or doing any kind of weird plot sh(t. Ben stores it for safe keeping.
Everyone except ben and Doom (And I guess Yoko?) lose their memeoreis of their time in the CJM universe and go back to the exact moments they where takenf rom their hom universes.
end credits shows where are they now moments, and Ben and Doom interject in some of them, keeping an eye on their friends.

Jeff's extra notes on outline
The world is a creation of Karos with Ben; life-linked.
Must change the wording of prologues to match that the world the characters will be in was just created.
Not all prologues will feature all the characters, however, they will be mentioned in passing if the story focuses on them or the OC ones.
One of the bad endings will be if Karos tells a version of “the truth” about the characters being trapped, it will usually be Tsubaki leading the charge. She will use Immortal Breaker.
The plot is Ben, and what happens is like Haruhi Suzumiya.
The story will begin in a feudal forest, introducing J and Ben with Archer, and Lancer. The last prologue will introduce Chris’s character.
A year or two will pass with some places being the setting for the OC’s and other characters.
Britannia – will have Charles ruling, Lelouch trying to overthrow him, mixed with the Amestris military trying to maintain peace on that border. RWBY characters will be hunters dealing with grim and heartless (though Sora and the other keybladers will help).
Neo-Tokyo – will be on the up-and-up in terms of financial banking, and markets that help maintain food, drink, and entertainment in the various blocks linked to it. Magic users will be here. Ultraman, Kamen Rider, and Senshi monsters attack this place but are dealt with by said characters and an NOL branch.
Rollingsberg – a cyberpunk city that usually is gray, with emphasis on eateries, black market, and retro. Home to the OCs. Underground mech fights happen here. Pooh’s bar is neutral.
Sector 7 – Underground space for Kokonoe’s research and home. She will have immunity in some aspects of the treaty but is known to bend rules. Her, Mayor Rollins, Kaede, and Pooh, will have an amicable relationship.
Feudal forest – Kaede will be the ruling leader with all the Japanese-like companies with half-breeds, demon slayers, priestesses, and some magic users. A hot spring will be where most of the money comes from as it has healing properties.
Mount Mordor – home to all villains and antagonists. They will also have some rare material that makes them part of the trade. It is run by whoever is good with people.
Saint Elmos – home to Pokémon and other beings. It is a neutral zone where no fights will occur due to legislation by the leaders of the continent.
Muad'Dib Desert– various ruins lie in the vast space with Dune worms and other monstrosities that can live in the heat. These ruins are special as have some link to Karos as remnants of his world. Could find the key item to keep Ben alive? Also, a special egg for J.
Gilgamesh will become a midway boss to cause chaos in the world due to bordom and find out Ben and Karos have “cosmic level powers that he wants. After his fight with ben, Gil will declare “you are one of my treasures”.
He will be a factor in the last battle with other NPC to deal with.
