A character from "A Certain Scientific Railgun" and "A Certain Magical Index" where she is on the "Science side" and is part of Judgement. Shirai is a level 4 esper and her power is teleportation which she is good in. She is also lesbian for her roommate and best friend, Mikoto, and tends to keep a stash of photos or clothes of her, which gets an electrical beating by said girl.
Kuroko also calls Mikoto her pet name "sissy".
