Shirou Emiya
Emiya residence
Shirou Emiya is the protagonist of Fate/Stay Night. Shirou is a novice-level magus and part of the 5th Grail War, where he summons a Servant named, Saber and his story starts from there. With the visual novel, there are 3 ways for the 5th grail war to go and since there is a lot of backstory and plot involved, we of CJM (Jeff mostly), have decided that the plot for FSN is done and takes place after the story. It will remain ambiguous with the ending except Shirou did win and he and his friends are still alive though changed through the experience. Shirou has the ability to use projection to create something from his own mind by seeing it first and creating the internal structure, as well as reinforcement, to strengthen any material. He is sensible, and stubborn and has a sense of responsibility to the ones under his care and a strong sense of justice. Due to his PTSD from surviving the carnage that erupted after 4th grail war, he places the value of others before his own safety. As of this point, Shirou is slowly getting over this issue. Lore: Shirou, Rin, and Saber are amazed at being summoned to this world, sticking in the Honomura side of the land, and making a home in the Emiya residence with his friends. He will be astonished by the Ultraman, Kamen Rider, The Guyver, and Sailor Guardians running about. Battle quotes At least this fight is over.
Character specific Saber: I'll make sure to make you a good meal for the spar, Saber.
Rin: Tohsaka, you really don't like to go easy on me, do you? Archer: Who are you calling an idiot, idiot?! Lancer (Cu): You tried to kill me again, didn't you?
Any Kamen Rider or Ultraman - My dream is to be a hero of justice like you and seeing you really make me believe it will happen! Any Sailor Senshi - To fight for love and justice I can see the belief of my ideal in you. A very basic Shirou is present in the game. Ben has plans to upgrade his movest.
Gameplay notes:
Ep 23:
Fights with Gilgamesh[ br] Primarily summons 2 blades to block with.
Is able to use magic to
Copy Weapons
Create weapons
Levitate weapons/
Freeze own weapons in the air but not an enemys
Launch weapons as projectiles.
Needs to say trace on to use these abilities.
Ep 24:
Is able to transport enemy to pocket dimension
filled with swords that can be projected with thought.
They don't teleport and have to travel a path.
"Unlimited Blade Works" reality marble needs Rin magic to activate.
They can also just be grabbed out of the ground.
Uses Mana for dashes
Has a purple energy shield. Shield requires activation words maybe a Hakumen-like move instead of the standard block.
From what I remembered of the Gilgamesh scene I thought he was using magic to move around a lot more than he was and thought he was using it to energize his hits. I sort of imagined him as a
rush down character, Flying around the screen with mobility magic.
Re-watching the scene he seems much tamer and only uses magic when he needs to boost his jumps or make quick dashes. I don't even see his arms get surrounded with charm like Rin's
so maybe having him be a slower character like how he's represented in Unlimited codes could be a better representation.
Not sure which way to go.
