Shishio
Drop Point: Mount Mordor
Shishio is the primary antogonist in Rurouni Kenshin Kyoto arc. He is the second Bottosai from Kenshin during the revolution period and wound up becoming a menace and gunned down and set on fire by the people he was contracted with. He somehow survived with grievious burn marks and wrapped up in bandages, making him look like a mummy. Shishio burns with vengence and wants to bring revolution to the Japanese governemnt. Shishio is a deadly master of his swordstyle and ruthless and has killed many in his pursuit of his goals. Even Himura, Saito, and Sounosuke had trouble with fighting him during the course of the battle and only survived due to Shishio's body overheating and spontanously combusting. He's got rizz as Shusui has a lover and many followers that go to his ideal of revolution. Lore: Shusui will arrive at some point, suprisingly revived and will decide to continue his original goal of conquest on this world, and no one will stand in his way. General battle quote
