Shokuhou Misaki

Arc: Being queen of the school, Tokyo school. Drop Point: Acadmey city
A character in "A Certain Scientific Railgun" and eventually "A Certain Magical Index" is on the "Science" side. Shokohou is a middle school student and rival to Mikoto. Misaki is a level 5 esper and rank 5. She can control people's actions and memories known as "Mental Out".
She has a star-shaped iris which she was born with. Shokuhou is also an "ojousama" archetype, and though she has used her abilities on those around her to showcase her authority, her past is one of trauma.[be] Shokuhou also factors into Touma Kamijou life later in the series. [be]
Lore: Shokuhou will be sticking in Shin-Tokyo where she will be involved in various adventures.
