Tsubaki Yayoi/Izayoi

Tsubaki Yayoi is from the "Blazblue" universe. She is part of the Zero Squadron or Wings of Justice, their job is to administer punishment for those who commit crimes against the NOL by the Imperator. The group isn't really thought highly of due to their nefarious activity and their "Hollier than thou" mindset and have been called "janitors" by Jin Kisaragi. Tsubaki is also friends with Noel Vermillion and Makoto Nanaya, her most treasured bonds, and has strong feelings for Jin Kisaragi. The Sealed Armament Izayoi is a forbidden weapon in the Yayoi family and it can absorb light, in this case, sound, and can obscure Observers from observing a scene and preventing interference. The exchange for such power is the person's sight. This has been stated within the series and scenes when regarding Tsubaki's presence by either Hazama, Rachel, or Kokonoe. Her weapon is a short sword and a buckler book shield which she uses for charging her attacks. She can also change the sword's form to anything she can think of in battle, in particular a whip or a broadsword. The weapon also has a true form known as "Izayoi" which is an anti-observer unit to kill any observers and immortal beings. Anyone trying to observe her will be met with static or mist due to the nature of her weapon absorbing light or in this case, obscuring anything within its vicinity. The attire is mostly aesthetic where Tsubaki wears armor and her hair is in a ponytail, similar to Noel's Mu 12 form. Her weapon in this form is a halberd with an energy blade that switches color from rose pink to lime green for projectile attacks. She also has the ability to kill anyone that is immortal with "Immortal Breaker", which can kill observers or Gods. Though Tsubaki is loyal, stalwart, and kind, she is also stubborn in her beliefs of justice and does not tolerate any evil, particularly ones like Ragna the Bloodedge. She utilizes Sealed Armament Izayoi which can still light, in this sense one's sight if she relies on its ability too much. Tsubaki also is known to have a good singing voice and is prone to speeches of justice. Lore: She will be part of the NOL in this new reality and be a fervent believer in the system. Tsubaki won't trust any of the vigilantes or ones that intervene in fights not part of a structured system. General battle quote
