Drop Point: Yuko's Wish Shop

A mysterious woman who runs a shop that can grant wishes for a price. Yuko is rather philosophic as well as fashionable and though some view her as eccentric, there is always a reason for what she does.
Her catchphrase is "There is no such thing as coincidence, only the inevitable".

Lore: She will appear in this world randomly and understands right away what is happening. She will be part of the Observers crew. Yuko's powers still work and can grant a wish though for the appropriate price.
