Hi there, my name is Alice Nguyen, and I'm a culinary icon in Hobart, Tasmania. We're all close despite the distance between us, and we make sure to see each other whenever we can.

One quirk about me that some people find amusing is that I'm a bit of a neat freak. My kitchen is always spotless, and I have a system for everything. But I like to think it helps me be more organised and efficient in my work.
