My name is Angus Friar and I'm the head of the Scottish Guard in New Edinburgh. I was born in the barren Highlands and immigrated to New Edinburgh with my family when I was just a boy. My father was a skilled blacksmith, and he passed on his knowledge to me. I spent most of my youth working with him in the forge, and I learned how to craft weapons and armour.
After arriving in New Edinburgh, I joined the Scottish Guard and worked my way up through the ranks. I've been with the Guard for over 20 years now, and I take great pride in my role as head of security for the settlement.
When I'm not patrolling the streets or training new recruits, I like to spend my free time in the forge, honing my skills as a blacksmith. I also enjoy reading and have a particular interest in the history of my ancestors.
I'm a man of few words, but my actions speak for themselves. I'm fiercely loyal to the people of New Edinburgh, and I'll do whatever it takes to keep them safe and secure.

Angus Friar stands tall at 6'4", with a muscular build and a thick beard that he keeps well-groomed. He has piercing blue eyes that seem to have a no-nonsense stare that can make even the toughest of individuals quiver in fear. Angus' face is adorned with scars from past battles, which serve as a reminder of his years of service to the Scottish Guard. Despite his intimidating appearance, Angus has a kind heart and is always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need.
