Colchester

  Governor Aurelia Banks - The leader of the Council, responsible for overseeing all aspects of governance and ensuring the well-being of the settlement.   Admiral Magnus Blake - The head of Colchester's navy, responsible for protecting the settlement's coastal waters and ensuring safe trade routes.   Minister of Agriculture Isadora Green - The chief agriculturalist of Colchester, responsible for managing and maintaining the settlement's food production and distribution systems.   Minister of Trade and Commerce Jasper Hale - Responsible for overseeing Colchester's trade relations with neighbouring settlements, and ensuring the settlement's economic prosperity.   Master Artisan Victor Stone - The chief architect and engineer of Colchester, responsible for designing and maintaining the settlement's buildings, infrastructure, and technology.   Keeper of Knowledge Sophia Reed - The chief educator and historian of Colchester, responsible for overseeing education and preserving the settlement's cultural heritage.   Judge Adrian Black - The head of Colchester's legal system, responsible for enforcing the law and maintaining order within the settlement.   The people of Colchester and the members of the Council of Seas are known for wearing intricate woven accessories made from local plant fibres. These accessories are often in the form of necklaces, bracelets, or anklets, and feature complex patterns and colours that reflect the natural beauty of the coastal region. Some of the most skilled weavers in Colchester are members of the Council of Seas, and they are often recognised for their unique and striking woven accessories. The weavers are proud of their craft and consider it a way to honour their connection to the land and sea. Wearing these woven accessories is also seen as a symbol of community and unity among the people of Colchester.
