Jess Goss

Hi there! My name is Jess Goss, and I am proud to be a journalist for the Tasmanian Observer. My passion for journalism began in high school, where I loved writing for the school newspaper and sharing stories about events happening in my community.   After earning my degree in journalism, I knew I wanted to work for a newspaper that shared my values of integrity and fairness. That's why I was thrilled to join the Tasmanian Observer, where I get to cover all kinds of exciting events happening in Tasmania and beyond.   Whether I'm reporting on a local music festival or a major political rally, I strive to capture the energy and excitement of the moment and convey it to our readers. I believe that events can bring people together and create positive change in the world, and I feel privileged to have a role in sharing those experiences with our audience.   I am committed to telling stories with accuracy and depth, and I am always on the lookout for the next big event that will captivate our readers. Working for the Tasmanian Observer has been a dream come true, and I can't wait to see where my career in journalism takes me next.
