Confrontation in the Bedroom

Detective Karl Jenkins attempts to investigate the back bedroom, but is confronted by an angry Gladys and a mysterious whisper that suggests Luke's presence.

As Detective Karl Jenkins approaches the back corner bedroom, he carefully listens at the door, trying to discern any sounds from within. Finding only silence, he gently grasps the door handle and cautiously opens the door, revealing the presence of black garbage bags inside.
  Overcome by curiosity, Karl pushes the door open further, only to have it bounce back unexpectedly. His frustration leads him to push the door again, this time with more force, causing it to halt abruptly. Gladys, alerted by the noise, angrily confronts Karl, demanding that he leave the house.
  As Karl retreats from the bedroom, the atmosphere in the house shifts abruptly. The lights flicker ominously, and Karl's radio crackles to life with static. A chilling whisper, seemingly from the direction of the bedroom, taunts Karl with a mocking "Bye, Karl." Convinced that the voice belongs to Luke, Karl charges at the bedroom door in a fit of anger, determined to confront him.
