As Joel's body is travelling down the river, it gets snagged on some rocks near the settlement of Bixbus, and is discovered by Henri. Henri's barking alerts Paul, Luke, Glenda, and Kain, who subsequently try o rescue Joel, but inadvertently end up sending his body further downstream.
