A Chilling Vision: Karl's Stake-Out Nightmare

While on a stake-out outside Luke Smith and Jamie Greyson's house, Detective Karl Jenkins experiences a vivid and disturbing nightmare involving Gladys and Luke.

During a solitary stake-out outside the house of Luke Smith and Jamie Greyson, Detective Karl Jenkins finds himself fixated on the building, waiting for any sign of activity. After three long hours, a lamp flickers to life in a second-story window, immediately capturing Karl's attention.
  As he watches, a woman's silhouette appears behind the bedroom blinds, eventually revealing herself to be Gladys. She leans out the window, giggling, seemingly unaware of a man's presence behind her. The man, presumed to be Luke, wraps his arms around Gladys in an intimate embrace, initially leading Karl to believe he is witnessing an affair.
  However, the scene takes a horrifying turn as Luke suddenly drives a concealed knife into Gladys' abdomen. Karl, frozen in shock, watches helplessly as Luke viciously attacks Gladys, disemboweling her and throwing her lifeless body from the window. The gruesome sight is accompanied by Gladys' anguished screams, which echo through the car.
  As Karl stumbles out of the vehicle, he catches Luke's cold, penetrating gaze. Luke stands at the window, holding up the bloodied knife, a sinister grin stretched across his face. The chilling scene is punctuated by the same haunting whisper that has been tormenting Karl: "Bye Karl."
