Special Containment Procedures: Subject-026 and all its iteration are to be kept within the facility. All personnel, including personnel that isn't working with or on Subject-026, are requested to have a crucifix tattooed or branded on their skin. For further protection personnel is requested to wear protective clothing. Subject-026 can still try to cling itself onto living matter, causing Faustian Burns even if one is marked with a crucifix. It will eventually fall off, but leave Faustian Burns on the Host Body that slowly spread over the rest of the organic host, causing all saturation of the body to be sucked up until the host dies of desaturation. Once infected, immediately seek consult with a Doctor at the faciality. Do not attempt self-surgery under any circumstances. Exceptions to all those rules are high level Magus within the ICD.

Description: Subject-026 is an highly infective black, reddish parasite, clinging itself onto everything, living or not, and transforming it into a sentient object. It wraps itself around the Host Body, altering and transforming it at will. High level Magus are able to reason with Subject-026 and its alteration. This can go as far as controlling the alteration process of Subject-026 Host Body. Many high ranking Magus at the facility have befriended iterations of Subject-026, being able to cooperate and coexist with them. Once Subject-026 is grown out, the initial Host Body becomes the Core. Upon destruction of said Core the iterations of Subject-026 dry out, presumably dying. Once damaged, iterations of Subject-026 show an extreme regenerative ability, being able to heal every physical injury known to us. Magically damage on the other hand isn't healable for Subject-026. Once hit it will search for a new Core. Subject-026 is extremely fond of Magus and hostile towards everything else. We don't know if that's because of its vulnerability towards magic or for other reasons. Subject-026 can also be used to grant a non-magic user the ability to cast magic. This treatment has a very low succession rate though. It's theorized that Subject-026 has a connection to Subject-001, Subject-002, Subject-003, Subject-004, Subject-005, Subject-006, Subject-007, Subject-008, Subject-009, Subject-010, Subject-011, Subject-012, Subject-013, Subject-014, Subject-015, Subject-016, Subject-017, Subject-018, Subject-019, Subject-020 and Subject-021.
