The world of Colarn. Millenia after a cataclysmic war that ravaged the entire world , nations have risen and fallen. With the end of the war came the rise of the Kellerian Empire and the nation of Paltroy. After thousands of years of these two superpowers carving up the world into territories for their own growth, the world begins to change. First the mysterious nation of Askaria appears seemingly from nowhere. Though Askaria is small and magic is rare in that land, their technology is leaps and bounds ahead of anywhere else in the world with steam powered technology, firearms and airships. A century later a malevolent force with the power enough to challenge the gods themselves begins to return to the world. The world is not ready for them. What the heroes of the age will soon learn is that their ignorance of the existence and eventual return of this great enemy was by design.
