Tanzania is a country located in East Africa between Uganda, Kenya, Mozambique, Malawi, Zambia, Rwanda, Burundi, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo. It possesses the tallest mountain on the continent - Mount Kilimanjaro - to the northeast and is also a member of the United Nations .
