LIFE BEGINS TO DIVERSIFY AND GROW ONCE MORE. The Eocene Epoch begins. Mammals begin to diversify in body type and roles, taking over niches left open from the extinction of the dinosaurs.
Cryptids and kaiju also begin to diversify, but there are still immense gaps present for the latter which makes the true evolutionary scope unknown. More traditional draconids – dragons and wyverns – evolve and diversify the draconid order, most prominently in Eurasia. The lineages of feathered and horned serpents split off from a common ancestor.
