Tower of Pukku

The realm of Tohorā is known most commonly as the Realm of Echoes. It is a place that is new to those of knowledge gathering of the world of Colossus.
Across a small sea there lays the Tower of Puku. It is a place of memories and the breaking of timelines. To make this place your home is dangerous, the passage of time does not flow consistently.
The tower was summoned by Tohorā, an Astral Behemoth, looking like the whales of the material realm.
Tohorā would use it to as an amplifier to their song. The tower would harness the song and let it flow through the memories held within its stonework.
Once at the top it would be released across the plane of echoes. And any Tohorā wanted to hear them would hear a whisper from the patron of the realm.
The Tower of Puku has the capacity to spread the whispers not only across Tohorā but to other realms of existence.
If one stands on the pinnacle of the tower they can speak to any one they know as long as they are alive on any plane or in any realm.
It requires wandering the memories the tower holds and having the strength to endure them. If said path is walked successfully then the control of the Soundless Orbs comes to a person.
Only once has it been used to talk to a spirit beyond the veil of death. And it nearly shattered the Tower. The message was not well received. Many dieties of death got involved and sent power back at the Tower.
The last time the Tower of Puku was used to project a message so far it went silent afterwards. But in the process it took the hearing of the necromancer that used it.
