Farland Company is the merchant association consisting of independent individual or groups of traders working across the known galaxy. They considered themselves above the authority of the Confederate State of Earth, the biggest market in all of their business that keep selling goods from it to the rest of the rimworlds.
The company's headquarter is the movabale planet known as Optus Surcus, the mega caravansary that never stand still in space.

The company don't have much strict rules. So every merchants can join in and out up to them. However, they have common rules that either follow and neither gain nagetive effect, but violating too much might result in the worst reputation.
Unlike Pirates, Farland Company is bring seen toward netual to positive attitute by the confederation - sometime they're working together - like a privateer in the old world dictionaries. The direct competitor, some might said.
Culture
They're working as the botherhood.
Public Agenda
They are to find the place where they can sell their wares. From the confederation to the outlaw region of the rinworlds. Something they do the transporting mission, which some are discounted smuggling.
Assets
It's the best way to aqquire the powerful jumpers and such.
History
It's formed by small groups of traders. Over time, they decide to join together for making. Their existence shape the legacy and ethtic of generations of merchants. However, the CSE inferrence during its early day led them to its departure.
Foreign Relations
It's greyish as hell. The company always be neutral to any wars possible - only for a good prize. During the Major Six War, the company sells many wares to plenty of planets, probebbly basic suppiles, and also the major alliances.
If I haven't become the pirate, I'd be good at selling somethings here.
