Space Pirate Communities
Anyone or any ship who's found out not identified as CSE citizen would be punished. The citizen can be identified by the great database or could be detected on the map. The lack of freedom in wild space creates separatism, and one way is becoming a pirate.
They're not the offical citizen in any of the confederations. They're being hunted. They're free men.
Structure
Raiding, smuggling, and bounty hunting. These are the most common way to feed themselves. There is some kind that disguised themselves in the upper society and take pirating as a hobby. Sometimes pirates form their own guilds to help each other - if they're worthy to form. The most well-known guild hasn't been dissolved for a thousand years.
Their reputation is the main currency, the more you are famous, the more you earned from their community. If some of them disrespect each other, they might be banished and become strayed. Will they notice? let the others consider.
Culture
There are not much rules for the guild since many draw their own codes. However, some rules are shared if they want to be benefited from the community.
- respect the crews
- rescure the injured
- don't raid other pirate
- don't kill anyone if nessecery
