Blue Rice

Grown on large mountain side terraces with awesome irrigation techniques. the grain grows quickly and is very nutricious to eat, making it able to sustain huge workforces. The rice is high in fiber, carbs, and protein. Combine rice and beans and you have Blue Rice nutritionally speaking. The rice is prepared by being boiled in water, and then either combined with other ingredients or served on its lonesome. There is also a way to make it into flour so that bread can be made. the rice tastes delicious and savory, with a strong bitterness as an aftertaste.
