Garoff

This low-lying town is located in a river delta and is only accessible by boats. It has a number of satellite villages scattered around it. The town is a center of the salt fish industry, salt making and basket weaving. Due to its isolation the town is also known as good place for people who want to disappear to go to ground. Nearby Dormer Island functioned as the local burial ground until a few years ago when ghouls began to infest the place. The locals now do their funeral rites elsewhere and give the island a wide berth.
