Ardul Rajtun

Old, proud, and bitter, Captain Ardul Rajtan had only one live in his life - his ship, the Orun II. Rajtan is responsible for Princess Kah's freedom. When Kirin Bor, the ship's sensor officer, detected the anomaly within the ice, it was Ardul that ordered it mined and gathered with the rest of the ice, and Ardul who opened the princess's sarcophagus. He was the first to become possessed, and it was by his hands that the first of the crewmen died: first officer Zarkavan.
Abdul Rajtan was aboard the Orun II when it plunged into the star in the Melik system. While there is an outside chance that Princess Kah managed to somehow preserve him, it seems staggeringly unlikely.
