Black Theresa Pestmeddler

An old Night hag that can be found wandering and possibly living in the forests north-east of driord on Batuu. She has made many deals and has terrorized the small villages surrounding the capital. She can be heard in many folk lore tales but hasn't been sighted in over a decade and is believed to have disappeared.
