Frelgard Thieves' Guild

Like many big cities, underground groups start to form with the population. Jarkausla has fallen victim to the Frelgard Thieves' Guild, ruling from the darkness. The group stays very silent and inactive and all activities are quickly swept under the rug. There are very little public documents about the organization and it is rumored they have eyes and ears everywhere.
This organization was destroyed by the Magnificent Misfits, as a quest by The Organization.
